Wow it feels so sgood to get another win and get above 500! Seattle gave us a real fight, more so that the score would reflect. The win is great, but it is a very long season and every game ahead of us is going to be a real battle. The season is just getting started.

We have another huge challenge this Sunday against the Giants. We are working so hard this week and it is going to be an exciting game! We are doing everything we can to prepare.

It's been fun to watch my hometown Minnesota Vikings. But we face them again this year - in December - so there is no way I can root for them anymore.

We're still in the middle of Breast Cancer Awareness Month. Please support that effort in every way you can - volunteer, donate money and support the women you know who are surviving breast cancer. And ladies, get your mammograms.

Go Cardinals!

Going up against the vaunted number one defense can be daunting indeed. However, don't forget to remind the guys who has the Number 1 run 'D'!
Take the G men down just like the Saints did last week and we'll be rolling along nicely!
Keep your head up bro, love what you do!

cancer

I'm a 27 year old male that was diagnosed with stage 4 cancer, Hodgkins lymphoma in 2007.I began treatment at Dana-Farber in Boston as soon as possible. Without the support and donations of generous people Larry Fitzgerald my treatment would of been impossible.I like to thank Larry and people like larry who support cancer victims, because without them the cost of the treatment alone would make the fight futile. It wasn't easy but you can do it. Remain postive and keep your faith, just as I do with Larry in my espn fanasty league.Go Larry.

Fan Question

First let me say I am huge fan of you as a player and person, you're by far my favorite NFL player. I'm a Freshman in High School and play Wide Reciever. My question is what training techniques do use to get the speed and ups like you got?
