Back from the Giants game and looking forward to our next home game against Carolina.

Did you see the Giants game? A game like that just makes you feel so proud of your teammates. We were down, we made some mistakes, but we believed in each other and kept fighting to get the win.

Next up is Carolina - yet another tough game. Once the season starts in this league there really is no rest.

Some of you have sent in questions about what I do for my training. Our focus is first and foremost on being ready to perform at the highest possible level for every game. In the pros there is also a lot of emphasis on strength and conditioning to avoid injury because it is such a long season.

I have personally become more disciplined about my nutrition not just during the season but all year round. The biggest change for me has been cutting back on sweets. I've always had a sweet tooth but I know I have to keep that in check.

Next week I'll write about my typical training routine during the week. I appreciate your questions!

What did I tell ya bro?! That was a great game on Sunday versus the Giants!
The Panthers should be a good game...for us Cardinal fans!! Watch their secondary and let Warner know that Peppers is gunning for him. Hoping you get 10+ catches this game brother. Love your Twitter comments, very uplifting verses. Keep the Lord in mind and we are looking at another playoff run!
