Happy Thanksgiving! This is a holiday to spend with family and friends, taking a break from the usual daily activities to give thanks for blessings large and small.
As most of you know I have enjoyed traveling extensively in Africa. Most of my charitable giving has been here in the US where we have so many needs. But right now I am motivated to support people in the Horn of Africa who are starving because of a historic drought.
Africa is a place of immense beauty and incredibly generous people. They need our support right now. I've teamed up with my former teammate Anquan Boldin to raise money for Oxfam America which has a terrific track record of taking our dollars and working with local organizations on the ground in Africa to save lives.
